With more than 28 years in the home building industry, Ridout Homes decided over 15 years ago to take the leap into luxury custom homes in the greater Richmond area.

Ridout Homes, Inc. is a family run business, with each member playing a different role.

Paul B. Ridout, founder and president of the company, works mainly with realtors and clients. Sandy Yoss Ridout, his wife of 42 years, does the interior design work. Son Rodney Ridout, also a licensed contractor and custom builder, works as a field supervisor. Rodney’s wife, Leslie, keeps the company on a steady financial course.

It is not surprising that Ridout Homes has been the recipient of numerous honors for outstanding design and quality construction including the Richmond Home Builders Association’s Homearama’s Craftsmanship Award.
